Handyman (Building Maintenance & Projects).

We need help with:
  • Regular property maintenance activities for three properties.
  • A number of small to large projects.

If you're someone who is able to help us with these on an ongoing basis, please contact us.

We're looking for basic skills in any of the listed areas: Electrical, woodworking, painting, plumbing, masonry, landscaping, remodeling, fence work, and/or general maintenance.
Job Duties:
  • Electrical - install lights, fix the light, install an outlet, run/install wiring.
  • Plumbing - install an outdoor sink, PVC misters, water fountain, and sprinklers.
  • Woodwork - build/install/fix railing, gate, existing posts, and new posts.
  • Painting - fence, door, walls, posts.
  • Landscaping - plants, grass, sprinkler, picket fence, fountain.
  • Wall cabinets installation - on wood frame and steel frame structures.
  • Interior Walls/doors/windows - add/fix windows, and doors.
  • Shower/Toilet/Heater - add a new shower, toilet, sink, and hot water heater.
