The Replacement Window and Door Installation Subcontractor position with Next Door & Window in St. Louis, MO, offers a unique opportunity to partner with Costco Warehouses and Marvin Windows. The ideal Installation Subcontractor will lead a two-man crew or larger, showcasing a proven track record of delivering top-notch craftsmanship and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Executing window and door installations with meticulous attention to detail
  • Effectively communicating with the main office to relay job updates and information
  • Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborating with team members to problem-solve and ensure seamless installations
  • Taking initiative to resolve job site challenges and deliver high-quality results
  • Maintaining availability for a minimum of 3 days a week (Monday-Saturday)
  • Delivering competitive labor rates for exceptional work performed
