As a Service Technician, you'll meet with customers, diagnose their garage door or opener issues, present repair options, close the sale, and complete the work. Responsibilities
We are looking for positive, energetic techs who are willing to learn and follow our proven process to success.
As a tech, you will:
• Assess garage door/opener issues to determine appropriate resolutions
• Discuss in detail your discoveries with the customer
• Build customer rapport to build customer confidence
• Perform repairs/installs with attention to detail
• Regularly stock the truck
• Assist in stock procurement in the warehouse
• Participate in regular meetings and training
• Continually expand tech knowledge and skill base
• Utilize software for all company transactions
• Calculate installation openings and perform site inspections
• Keep all appointments and arrive at the customer's specified time
