Meet with residential and commercial clients to assess needs and provide garage door solutions
Prepare and present accurate quotes, proposals, and timelines using BuildOps CRM
Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with potential and past clients
Conduct site assessments and measurements for accurate product recommendations
Educate clients on features, pricing, warranties, and available options
Collaborate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project execution
Attend team meetings and maintain updated records in the CRM system
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction
Qualifications
Prior experience in garage door sales or installation is preferred, but not required
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-driven
Comfortable using CRM platforms (BuildOps experience a plus)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
