Why Join UsThis role is built for someone who wants:
  • Massive upside
  • Direct access to ownership
  • The ability to build something large
  • And to be rewarded for results
  • If you are looking for comfort, this is not the role,
  • If you are looking for scale, impact, and upside this is it.
  • Why this Role:

A rare Opportunity to Build, Control and Scale Capital at an Enterprise Level

Most capital markets, roles are unlimited.

1.You Control the Capital Engine (Not just a piece of it)
    In most roles you:
  • Work one product
  • Serve one division
  • Follow someone else’s strategy
  • In this role, you:
  • Control capital across franchising, Construction, Luxury Real Estate, Hospitality, and mixed use development
  • Design the capital strategy from the ground up
  • Operate directly with ownership not buried in layers pf approval
  • You are not supporting growth. You are driving it.

      2.Massive Scale: $50M - $1B+ Opportunity

This is not a “maintain the portfolio” role.

    You will be building:
  • 900+ LaMar’s Donuts & Coffee locations (5 10 Years)
  • Ultraluxury residential developments across Colorado
  • A landmark mixeduse project: CoWorking Tower
  • The capital demand is real, immediate, and continuous.

    This creates a rare situation:

You are not chasing deals… the platform creates them.

3.Direct Access to Ownership (No Bureaucracy)

You will work directly with the Founder / CEO.

    That means:
  • Faster decisions
  • Real execution
  • No internal politics slowing you down
  • If you’ve ever been frustrated by committees killing deals - this removes that barrier.

4.True Performance-Based Upside (Not Capped Compensation)
    Most roles:
  • Salary capped
  • Bonus limited
  • Upside controlled
  • This role:
  • Compensation tied directly to capital raised and deployed
  • Tiered incentives on largescale funding
  • Participation in major projects
  • If you can raise capital, you can create generational income here.

      5.Build Something That Actually Matters

You are not just moving money.

    You are funding:
  • National franchise expansion
  • Ultra luxury homes in toptier Colorado markets
  • A flagship corporate campus and destination development
  • Multi industry growth under one ecosystem
  • You will see the direct impact of every dollar raised.
    1. 6.Multi-Industry Exposure = Career Defining

Most professionals stay in one lane.

    Here, you operate across:
  • Franchise finance
  • Construction finance
  • Real estate development
  • Hospitality capital
  • Mixed use institutional structures
  • This is the type of experience that elevates careers into top 1% capital markets leadership.

      7.Built for Rainmakers, Not Administrators
This role is intentionally designed for someone who:
  • Wants to win
  • Wants to build
  • Wants to be paid for performance
  • Wants to operate at speed
  • If you are a closer, this is your arena.

If you are a maintainer, this is not your role.

      8.Immediate Opportunity, Not Theoretical Growth
    You are stepping into:
  • Active capital needs
  • Ongoing projects
  • Real expansion plans
  • You won’t be waiting 12 months to “ramp up.”

You will be executing immediately and hitting the ground running upon employment.

      9.Freedom to Solve Complex Deals

This platform is not “perfect on paper.”

    That’s by design.

    It requires someone who can:
  • Solve imperfect structures
  • Navigate complexity
  • Think creatively
  • Move fast under pressure
  • If you thrive in complexity, this is where you outperform everyone else.

      10.Legacy - Level Opportunity
    Very few roles offer:
  • Scale
  • Direct access to Owner
  • Multiindustry exposure
  • Unlimited upside
  • Real execution authority
  • This is one of those roles.
