The Automated Pouching Operations Clean-Up Crew member maintains cleanliness and safety standards in our APO production facility. This essential role ensures our production environment meets strict hygiene and safety requirements while supporting smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning of production floors, work surfaces, and equipment areas using industrial cleaning methods Use high-pressure air as needed to clean machines and/or areas As per company policies, collect and dispose of waste materials, including scrap and defective products Clean and sanitize pouching machines and related equipment to prevent contamination and ensure smooth operation Assist in organizing and storing cleaning materials and supplies in designated areas Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and report any issues or hazards to the supervisor Assist machine operators and other team members with tasks as needed to ensure efficient production processes Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work well in a team environment Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence Physical stamina to stand, walk, and handle materials throughout the shift High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Official Contact Information Email: All official emails will come from an @Swisher.com address Website: Verify job listings and contact details on https://careers.swisher.com Important: We will never contact you via Teams, Zoom, or Google Meets.
