What You’ll Do

As a Bilingual Sales Consultant, you will guide customers through one of the most exciting purchases they make. You will help guests find the right vehicle, explain features and options, follow up with leads, and create an experience that turns buyers into long-term customers.

Your ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish will help us better serve our customers and create a more comfortable, personalized experience for every guest.

Responsibilities
  • Learn and follow the dealership sales process
  • Assist customers from initial contact through vehicle delivery
  • Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
  • Build strong relationships with customers before, during, and after the sale
  • Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, showroom traffic, and previous customers
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer communication and daily activity
  • Stay current on product knowledge, incentives, market trends, and certifications
  • Work with sales leadership to create and execute monthly sales plans
  • Help grow market share through consistent prospecting and customer follow-up
  • Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction, gross average, and monthly sales volume
  • Represent Don Ringler Chevrolet with professionalism, energy, and integrity

We are looking for a bilingual English/Spanish sales professional who is motivated, dependable, and ready to learn. Prior automotive sales experience is helpful, but it is not required. A strong work ethic, great attitude, and willingness to be coached are even more important.
