Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Community Relations manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing, outreach, advertising, and community relations for the Dominican Oaks Community. This includes developing a comprehensive marketing plan informed by market analysis, demographics, and other data to ensure Dominican Oaks remains competitive. You will also plan and direct the marketing of our facility and its services to the wider community.
 
Every day you will work toward achieving and maintaining the occupancy goals established by community standards. You will oversee daily marketing and outreach initiatives, ensuring that all efforts are aligned with our strategic objectives. Your role is essential in consistently communicating the value of our services to prospective residents and their families.
 
To be successful in this role, you will be expected to know and support the mission and values of Dominican Oaks. You must apply the Dominican Oaks philosophy while performing your daily job tasks, demonstrating a commitment to our organizational standards in every interaction.
 
  • Manages the development, review, and analysis of current marketing plans, including materials, promotions and strategy. 
  • Develops and monitors the department budget
  • Meets personally with prospective residents and referrals to determine level of interest and motivation.  Shows model apartment, vacant apartments, and community features to prospects. 
Job Requirements

Required

  • One (1) to three (3) years of experience 
  • Two (2) years experienced and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with social media 

Preferred

  • Experience working in sales, marketing, community relations and outreach
  • Associate's degree
