Dolan Auto Group, named Best Place to Work in Northern Nevada, is looking for a Technician to perform automotive repairs and service in accordance with store and factory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Primary duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Diagnose customer concerns/ problems.
• Perform multi point inspections on every car.
• Perform maintenance/ repairs on customer cars.
• Perform new car inspection (PDI).
• Maintain a clean work station.
• Install accessories.
• Perform estimates.
• Maintain manufacture certifications.
• Work on Windows based programs.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Possess an acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Toyota Certifications of any and all levels. (Required)
• Prior automotive repair experience. (Required)
• ASE and manufacturer certification. (Desired)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
• A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.

Physical Demands:

Physical demands include, but are not limited to:

• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Repetitive body movement such as squatting, twisting, kneeling, bending, stooping, fast paced walking and light jogging when necessary.
• Lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds without assistance at various times.
• Exposure to weather, where extreme temperature ranges may be encountered.
