Duties + Responsibilities
  • Recruit & Onboard: Hand-select and train your team of Groomers, ensuring they meet your high standards for quality and care.
  • Lead by Example: Perform dog grooming services to breed standards while holding your team accountable to those same benchmarks.
  • Safety First: Ensure the safety and well-being of every pet and associate, taking immediate action whenever necessary.
  • Grow the Business: Assist in setting and achieving monthly goals for sales and memberships.
  • Performance Coaching: Develop your team to recommend services and products that truly benefit the pet.
  • Client Relations: Communicate with pet parents and resolve customer service issues with professionalism and grace.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Three years of professional grooming experience required.
  • Management: Experience running full-service grooming salons, including sales and inventory management.
  • Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of individual breed standards, breed cuts, and proper scissoring techniques.
  • Education: Strong teacher of grooming skills with a knack for developing others.
Compensation + Benefits
