Join the Dogtopia team!

The 'Front of House' position entails meeting and greeting customers and their active, playful dogs, answering telephone calls, responding to emails & texts, making reservations, maintaining social media sites, retail sales, creating invoices and checking customers in/out, providing customer tours, maintaining client documentation, making meals and supporting canine coaches to ensure success!

This is a high energy, active position and you will get dirty, but it's also very rewarding for those who LOVE working with dogs!

Qualified applicants will have the following minimum requirements:

  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Must have experience with answering telephones in a place of business.
  • Super efficient with technology & Microsoft Office software.
  • Great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with clients.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Quick learner.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic attitude!
  • Ability to work as part of a team and have strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible availability to work week days & weekends.
