What You'll Be Doing:
Dog Training & Handling - Work with dogs of all breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
Client Interaction - Educate and communicate effectively with clients about their dogs' training progress.
Community - Promote our services by visiting local vets, attending expos, and participating in events.
Content Creation - Capture and edit short training videos (bonus if you have drone skills!).
Versatile Work Environment - Train indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions and locations.
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication skills - both in person and via text/email.
Local to Seattle or Tacoma or surrounding areas.
Physically capable of handling dogs of all sizes.
Comfortable bringing at least one "board and train" dog into your home.
Experience with video creation/editing.
Reliable transportation (SUV required--can discuss).
Self-motivated, dependable, and able to manage your own schedule.
Ability to respond to texts within 3 hours.
Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
Over 21 years old with personal and professional references.
Clean background/criminal record.
iPhone and internet access.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Completion of our 17-day training program & testing at the OLK9 Training Facility in Virginia.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
🐶 Hands-on training with dogs of all sizes and temperaments.
👥 Working directly with clients to help them achieve their training goals.
🚗 Local traveling.
📢 Engaging in ongoing education and skill development.
🎥 Filming, editing, and posting content to showcase your training success.
📅 Managing your schedule and ensuring top-tier client service.
