We believe that groomers are true artists. That's why we provide a modern, clean environment equipped with a dedicated support staff (including front desk receptionists and professional bathers) so you can focus entirely on what you do best: styling beautiful pets!

  • Commission + Tips (W2 position). Our groomers typically earn between $60,000 and $100,000+ per year ($1,500 - $2,500+ weekly).
  • W2 Position. We pay half your employment taxes so you aren't hit with heavy 1099 tax bills!
  • Dog grooming in patterns and freestyle using hand scissoring skills
  • Maintain a clean, organized workstation
  • It's a plus if you can groom cats
  • It's a plus if you can Hand Strip
  • We support you to learn new skills
  • We have supporting staff with Front staff, Cleaner, Bathers

Requirements

  • Ideally 2+ years of professional grooming experience (though we are happy to coach talented groomers with slightly less experience!)
  • Strong hand-scissoring skills and a passion for styling.
  • A professional, upbeat, and team-oriented attitude. We maintain a healthy, smoke-free, and vape-free work environment.
  • Comfortably styling dogs of all sizes, including large and giant breeds
  • Must be able to work Saturdays (our busiest, most lucrative day!)
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs
