Does groomers lung go away?

Groomers lung, a type of hypersensitivity pneumonitis caused by inhaling organic dust from pet dander and fur, can improve or resolve with removal from exposure and appropriate medical treatment. However, in some cases, it may lead to long-term lung damage if exposure continues or if the condition is severe. Proper use of personal protective equipment and good ventilation in grooming environments can help prevent or reduce symptoms.
