Looking to hire 2-positions Full-Time Afternoon Shift $30+ DOE
Medium to Heavy Equipment Mechanic to work on Airport Ground Service Equipment. We will apply your Experience to work on GSE.
Dynamic environment with good people and good equipment.
*We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, and skilled mechanic who is self-motivated, accountable, and possesses strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be capable of working independently and as part of a team and have experience with a diverse fleet of vehicles, Equipment, heavy duty and Light GSE and Heavy GSE equipment (hydraulics) at our Airport location.
Employment Type: Full Time M-F 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and diagnostic tests to determine vehicle/equipment condition.
  • Complete preventive maintenance schedules and inspections to keep equipment available for use.
  • Correct vehicle deficiencies by repairing or replacing various components and systems.
  • Conduct test drives to verify vehicle performance, adjusting controls and systems as necessary.
  • Comply with federal and state vehicle requirements.
  • Keep detailed records of services and repairs.
  • Manage shop equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
  • Control costs by utilizing warranties and evaluating service/part options.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and parts.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including effective communication with clients regarding their vehicles.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
  • Be prepared for field inspections and repairs in various weather conditions.
  • Entering Workorders , closing repairs Orders , Charging out parts , Inventory
  • Hydraulic Experience
