HVAC Installation Technician
Wilmington, DE | $35/hour DOE | Full-Time, Permanent

Are you an experienced HVAC Installation Technician looking for a stable, full-time role with a growing company? We're hiring on behalf of one of our valued clients in the Wilmington, DE area — a well-established HVAC contractor known for quality workmanship and taking care of their crews.

What You'll Do:

  • Install residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, and ductwork
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
  • Ensure all installations meet local codes and safety standards
  • Work directly with customers to explain system operation and answer questions
  • Collaborate with the installation team to complete jobs efficiently and correctly the first time

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience
  • EPA Universal Certification preferred
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in varying conditions (attics, crawlspaces, rooftops)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
