Three Notch'd Brewing is hiring for our team in Rehoboth Beach. We have a passion for great food, great beer, excellent customer service. Join us as we “Leave our Mark” and build our team in the Nation's Summer Capital. As a Line Cook responsibilities include setting up cooking stations with product, supplies, utensils and equipment; portions, cooks and plates and garnishes meals for delivery to the customers.

Physical Setting:

  • Fast casual restaurant

We’ll be open 7 days a week for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch service. Various shift times are available:

  • 8:00AM to 4:00PM
  • 4:00PM to 11:00PM

Physical Demands:

• Able to handle, lift, carry, store and arrange pots, pans, food processors, and food storage containers weighing up to fifty pounds frequently throughout an eight hour shift; able to stand and work in an environment of hot temperatures reaching 110 degrees Fahrenheit up to six hours at a time; able to lift, reach, stoop, bend, climb and handle kitchen supplies and equipment, exhibit eye and hand coordination and handling dexterity for rapid production of food orders

• Hazards include but are not limited to cuts, burns, slipping, tripping, scrapes and strains; frequent exposure of hands to water
