Title: Dodger Blue Crew Team Member
Department: Marketing
Status: Part-Time, Seasonal
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour*
Reports to: Manager, Marketing & Promotions
*Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.
The Dodger Blue Team Crew Member will serve as an ambassador to the Los Angeles Dodgers brand and support the execution of in-stadium entertainment, concourse activations, ticket package distribution and off-site community events. In-game entertainment activations include prize giveaways, ceremonies and trivia contests performed live on the stadium's video board. Blue Crew Team Members will bring the spirit of the Dodger brand to life through fun, memorable interactions with stadium and event guests.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Always Represent the Los Angeles Dodgers brand in a professional and upbeat manner
  • Facilitate on field pre-game ceremonies and in-game sponsor activations
  • Escort pre-game guests around the ballpark
  • Set-up and facilitate performances, interactive games, photo ops, autograph signings and other activations in the newly renovated Centerfield Plaza Area and throughout the ballpark.
  • Assist with set-up/break down at all assigned events and activations
  • Select on-camera contestants and organize necessary props and prizes for on-camera activations
  • Oversee crowd management and guest interaction for assigned activations
  • Assist with the distribution of ticket package giveaway items
  • Escort Dodger characters, celebrities and others as requested

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED), OR one to three months related experience and/or training, OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR or related field preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, energetic personality and ability to provide quick and professional responses
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
  • Strong trouble shooting and analytical skills
  • Able to quickly solve practical problems as they interact with fans and special guests
  • Ability to speak and/or read in the Spanish or Japanese language is a plus
  • Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent presentation skills are required
  • Must be punctual and able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must adhere to departmental standards
  • Ability to work 75% of all home games for the 2026 Season (April - September) and postseason games (October)
  • Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
