Title: Retail Associate
Department:Merchandise
Status:Part-Time, Union
Pay Rate: $19.89/hour*
Reports to: Manager, Retail Operations
Location: Los Angeles, California, United States

*Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.
The Retail Associate will be responsible for exceptional customer service, merchandise sales, transactions, customization and register balancing.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Operate register (opening, closing and balancing)
  • Receive merchandise
  • Stock merchandise
  • Maintain organization of retail location
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Customize Jerseys
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent
  • One-year prior retail experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Bilingual skill set a plus
  • Knowledge of baseball a plus
