Support fabrication, overhaul, refurbishment, reassembly, and verification of mechanical systems such as pressure vessels, enclosures, brackets, valves, and mounts. Perform mechanical analyses including finite element analysis (FEA), hydrodynamic modeling, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) for submersible vehicle structures and components.

Generate and review engineering documentation, specifications, and technical data packages in accordance with MIL-STD-31000B and project design requirements. Support SOC-related tasking, ensuring all materials, welds, fittings, and documentation meet NAVSEA SS800-AG-MAN-010/P-9290 and NAVSEA S9086-AD-SOC-030 requirements. Provide support during prototype development, testing, and transition to production, including hands-on troubleshooting and field support as required.

Collaborate closely with electrical, systems, and software engineers to develop integrated multi-discipline solutions for mission-critical hardware. Participate in market surveys, materials research, cost studies, and performance assessments to support design decisions.
