Lead business development efforts across the U.S. Department of Defense
Primary focus on U.S. Army programs and modernization initiatives
Develop and execute capture strategies for high-value opportunities
Build and strengthen relationships with military leaders, program offices, and key stakeholders
Influence long-term business development and growth strategies

Travel as needed to support customer engagement and business development activities
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and grow new business opportunities across the U.S. Military market
Develop strategic and tactical capture plans for targeted defense programs
Build and maintain strong relationships with Army, DoD, and other military organizations
Gather competitive intelligence and market insights to support business strategy
Develop customer engagement and call plans to expand the company's market presence
Create and execute multi-year business development strategies
Lead opportunity shaping, teaming strategies, and capture planning
Collaborate with internal leadership to strengthen the company's defense portfolio Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 10 years of business development experience within the defense industry
Proven record of identifying, capturing, and winning new DoD business
Established relationships with U.S. Army and Department of Defense decision-makers
Experience leading capture efforts and developing winning proposal strategies
Strong understanding of federal contracting, acquisition processes, and government procurement
Experience developing strategic growth plans and executing customer engagement strategies
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
U.S. Citizenship required
