Job description

The Organization:

KORE Investments is a growing real estate investment firm focused on reinvesting capital to drive long-term growth and expansion. With an entrepreneurial approach and a lean, high-performing team, Kore is building a platform designed for scalability and impact. At KORE Investments, innovation is not just a strategy; it’s a mindset woven into every aspect of how we think, build, and lead. We believe staying ahead means constantly challenging convention, embracing new ideas, and investing in better ways to serve our investors, our tenants, and our communities.

At KORE Investments, our mission is to create value in the lives of everyone we serve through high-quality real estate investments and management. We believe everyone should flourish and prosper, and we serve for the good of all.

The Position:

KORE Investments is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO in a true apprentice-style role. This is more than traditional administrative support. This individual will operate as a right hand to the executive, helping quarterback priorities, organize information, and ensure follow-through across the business.

The ideal candidate brings a polished corporate background and structural discipline, blending the high-level gatekeeping of an EA with the rigorous, detail-oriented capabilities of a Transaction Coordinator. This person is a naturally organized thinker and strong communicator who can anticipate needs, keep initiatives moving, and confidently coordinate across the team. Whether you are looking to deepen your expertise or apply your background in a high-growth setting, this role offers an incredible opportunity to learn the business directly from the owner and grow into a larger role over time.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support: Provide direct, day-to-day support to senior leadership, acting as a true extension of the executive.
  • Meeting Lifecycle Management: Shadow meetings and calls, capturing key takeaways and translating them into actionable, tracked next steps.
  • Advanced Scheduling: Masterfully coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and communications via Microsoft Outlook while seamlessly navigating fluid, shifting priorities.
  • Transaction & Document Coordination: Act with the precision of a transaction coordinator—managing file compliance, drafting documentation, and routing agreements through marketplace software like DocuSign and Adobe.
  • Information Hub: Track and organize tasks, deliverables, and follow-ups across multiple stakeholders, ensuring the right people are looped in and accountable.
  • Content & Presentation Design: Assist in preparing high-quality materials, financial presentations, pitches, and communications using PowerPoint and Canva.
  • CRM & Systems Management: Maintain and leverage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databases and internal systems to track investor relations, pipeline data, and tasks.
  • Project Coordination: Support project execution across real estate and investment initiatives, utilizing digital workspaces like Microsoft OneNote to maintain an organized central knowledge base.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; a background in commercial real estate, finance, or business is highly preferred.
  • Experience: 2–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced corporate environment, with a strict preference for candidates coming directly out of the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or Finance sectors.
  • Skillset: Proven experience or strong familiarity with the workflow of a Transaction Coordinator (e.g., managing timelines, critical deadlines, contract paperwork, and compliance tracking).
  • Software Proficiency:
  • Core Systems: Deep professional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically advanced Outlook calendar/email management and OneNote for digital organization.
  • Marketplace & Transaction Tools: Daily functional usage of DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and standard CRM platforms.
  • Design & Presentations: Proficient in Canva and PowerPoint to independently build clean, professional presentations and visual assets.
  • Communication & Core Traits: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to operate with extreme urgency, absolute discretion, common sense, and an elite level of corporate professionalism.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary range $65,000–$80,000+ BOE
  • Strong compensation package
  • Full suite of health benefits (medical, dental, vision)
  • PTO plus recognized holidays
  • Ongoing learning and career advancement opportunities
  • Collaborative, fast-paced team culture
