Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION 

We’re seeking a Sales Operations Manager to lead our Sales Operations team and drive operational excellence across our sales organization, including sales operations for both Exclusive Resorts and Inspirato as part of the Exclusive Collective. This role will oversee three Sales Operations Specialists, support the Vice President of Commercial Operations, and partner closely with Sales Leadership to streamline processes, improve reporting and analytics, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for enabling high performance sales teams.

ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Team Leadership & Collaboration

• Manage, mentor, and develop three Sales Operations Specialists, ensuring alignment with team goals and professional growth.

• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the Commercial Operations team.

• Partner and support with the VP of Commercial Operations and Sales Leadership across the Exclusive Collective (Exclusive Resorts and Inspirato) to support strategic initiatives and optimize sales performance. Sales Process & CRM Management

• Oversee the end-to-end contract creation and management process across Exclusive Resorts, including Salesforce opportunity setup, document generation, legal coordination, executive approvals, new membership integration, and payment tracking.

• Ensure CRM data integrity and consistency.

• Assist with onboarding and training for new sales team members on Salesforce, SalesLoft, and other sales enablement tools.

• Ensure adoption and effective use of sales systems and tools to increase efficiency and performance. Reporting, Forecasting & Analytics

• Create and maintain Salesforce dashboards and reports; identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy.

• Leverage CRM and sales data to provide actionable insights and trend analysis to support decision-making. Operational Strategy & Support

• Support territory planning, campaign execution, and lead distribution strategies across the Exclusive Collective (Exclusive Resorts and Inspirato).

• Refine lead qualification processes and evaluate campaign performance.

• Manage and support CRM and process enhancement requests from the sales organization, continuously refining processes to ensure optimal efficiency and performance across both Exclusive Resorts and Inspirato.

• Monitor and enforce process adherence across the sales team, ensuring consistency and compliance.

• Track OKRs related to sales initiatives and team goals. Program Oversight

• Provide oversight and support for the Charity Donation Program, including responding to inquiries, compiling data, and summarizing performance metrics.

• Manage the Member Referral Program, including discount application, W-9 collection, and coordination with accounting on program performance.

EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university

• Minimum of three to five years of experience in an operations/analytical role

• Previous experience in data analytics, reporting, and forecasting

• 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Operations, preferably in a luxury or high-growth environment.

• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, including dashboards, custom reports, workflows, and calculated fields.

• Experience with SalesLoft or similar sales engagement platforms.

• Strategic thinker with a solution-oriented mindset and a passion for driving results.

• Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.

• Strong project management and time management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, G Suite, and data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI).

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and unexpected projects.

• Ability to manage detail-heavy processes while maintaining focus on execution and outcomes.
