Residential Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Construction & Planning:
  • Review and approve plans, specifications, and budgets.
  • Secure permits, approvals, and vendor compliance.
  • Lead pre-construction meetings and subcontractor scope reviews.

Estimating & Procurement:
  • Perform quantity takeoffs by trade.
  • Track long-lead items and coordinate material deliveries.
  • Identify critical path and mitigate delays.

Budget & Project Management:
  • Monitor job costs, forecasts, and change orders.
  • Provide client updates and respond to RFIs.
  • Maintain schedules and key documentation.

Project Close-Out:
  • Complete punch list and final walkthroughs.
  • Deliver warranties, as-builts, and close-out documents.

Qualifications:
