Position Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of assigned projects from contract through completion. This role leads project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, client communication, and field coordination while ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, on schedule, and to Ernst Brothers' quality standards.

Essential Job Functions & Key Tasks
  1. Project Leadership
  • Own assigned projects from contract through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and milestones.
  • Lead project planning and coordination meetings.

  • Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, permits, and project records.

  • Serve as the primary client contact throughout construction.
  • Lead project meetings and provide proactive project updates.
  • Coordinate architects, consultants, Field Managers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Build strong working relationships while maintaining accountability.

  • Develop and manage project budgets.
  • Review and approve commitments, invoices, and change orders.
  • Monitor project costs and profitability.
  • Manage procurement and long-lead material coordination.
