Documentation Specialist II (Hybrid - Westlake, OH)
Location: Westlake, Ohio (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
Duration: 6+ Month Contract

We're hiring a Documentation Specialist II to support document control, governance, and compliance activities within a risk management environment. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy managing documentation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring quality and compliance.
What You'll Do
  • Manage the lifecycle of controlled documents, including creation, revisions, updates, and archiving.
  • Maintain document formatting, numbering, version control, and governance standards.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather, review, and validate document updates.
  • Perform quality reviews to ensure documentation accuracy and consistency.
  • Support compliance reviews and documentation audits.
  • Track document status, approvals, and overdue reviews through reporting.
  • Help improve document management processes and workflows.
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in document control, documentation management, or a similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written communication and document editing abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Westlake, OH three days per week.
