What does a documentation intern do?

A Documentation Intern assists with creating, organizing, and maintaining written materials such as manuals, guides, and operating procedures. Their responsibilities often include editing documents for clarity, formatting content, and collaborating with various teams to gather accurate information. This role helps ensure that all organizational documentation is clear, up-to-date, and accessible to users or team members. Documentation Interns gain valuable experience in technical writing, communication, and project management.

Familiarity with documentation tools like Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and content management systems, as well as basic understanding of version control (e.g., Git), is often required.
