The Documentation Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining the integrity, accuracy, and accessibility of quality and product documentation across Canrig operations. This position serves as a central resource for compiling product manuals, data books, quality records, and engineering documentation, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, internal quality standards, and document control processes while supporting successful project execution and regulatory compliance

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 3-5 years of experience in quality documentation, document control, quality administration, or a related field.

  • Experience maintaining quality records and documentation systems.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Pro and related software used to create data books and product manuals.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Experience reviewing Quality Control documentation, Material Test Reports, Mill Reports, and related quality records.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Valid Driver's License

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within the Oil & Gas, manufacturing, or heavy industrial industry.

  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and API Q1 quality management standards.

  • Experience supporting Quality Management Systems (QMS) documentation and records control processes.

  • Experience working with engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

  • Experience with enterprise document management systems.

  • Associate degree or additional technical training in Quality, Business Administration, or a related field.
