CMGA Insurance is seeking a Bilingual Claims Translator/Interpreter to support our Auto Claims Department by providing accurate translation and interpretation services between English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:

  •  Interpret calls between claims staff and Spanish-speaking clients. 
  •  Translate emails, claim documents, and other communications. 
  •  Assist adjusters in communicating with insureds, claimants, vendors, and repair facilities. 
  •  Ensure accurate, professional, and confidential translations. 
  •  Respond promptly to translation requests and support the claims team as needed. 
Qualifications:

  •  Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal). 
  •  Strong communication and organizational skills.
