JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our Translations team duty is to ensure that clear communication gets translated in both written and call conversations. The Interpreter helps facilitate communication between our non-Spanish speaking adjusters and our Spanish speaking clients. You will help our department complete implemented deadline tasks when non-busy hours come around. As an interpreter, you will respond to urgent requests from our adjusters who are seeking translation support from the team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Convert both digital and spoken material from English/Spanish - Spanish/English
- Respond to urgent requests from our adjusters
- Meet our deadline tasks (voicemails, scanning & uploading mail, and paying out monthly checks)
- Participate in helping the team grow by providing suggestions/ideas to help facilitate workload
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information in accordance with company policies
QUALIFICATIONS:

-Have strong skills in translating communication from English/Spanish - Spanish/English
-Ability to convert conversations right after a prompt is given.
-Ability to multitask & work with various screens/ tabs at a time.
-Exceptional communication and understanding with team meetings/conversations
-Ability to construct strong organization to help operate these interpretations smoothly diverse communication needs within our organization and beyond.
