Position Summary
Riverside Metro Auto Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Business Office Scanroom Employee to join our team. This position is responsible for accurately scanning, indexing, and maintaining dealership documents while ensuring confidential information is handled securely. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Scan, upload, and electronically organize dealership documents.
  • Index and file electronic records according to company procedures.
  • Maintain organized physical and digital document storage.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents as requested by management.
  • Assist with processing deal jackets and other business office paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with company record retention policies and confidentiality requirements.
  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure documents are properly stored.
  • Assist the Business Office with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous administrative, clerical, or scanning experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
