As a document review attorney, your responsibilities include highlighting and finding pertinent information that may need to be processed for use in court. You also work with electronic databases that can review documents faster and narrow down the number of pages that need to be read and studied. Law firms employ document review attorneys to examine documents and records for cases with a high volume of papers from discovery.

What does a document review attorney do?

Their main tasks include reviewing emails, contracts, and other documents to identify privileged, confidential, or responsive information.
