What We're Looking For
Baylor University is seeking a Part-Time Temporary Administrative Associate. This position specifically supports the mission by assisting Undergraduate Admissions in the form of data entry, data clean up, outgoing and incoming mail processing, and/or general office duties.
A high school diploma and one year of relevant experience are required. An associate's degree and three years of relevant experience are preferred. Additional education or experience will be considered in lieu of one another.
Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States on a Full-Time basis.
What You Will Do
  • Collect and enter data from incoming high school transcripts
  • Collect and enter data from information cards collected at college fairs, high school visits and campus visits
  • Assist with operational projects and data clean up
  • Electronically index and file all documents into student folders
  • Sort and separate all incoming mail
  • Assisting with all other task as assigned
  • Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor's mission
  • Ability to comply with University policies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
