Office Services Associate - Workplace Experience & Operations

We're looking for a service-driven professional to join the Opensity team as an Office Services Associate, supporting one of our premier client locations. This is a highly visible, hands-on role at the center of daily office operations, It's perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional workplace experience.

In this role, you'll be the go-to resource across multiple service lines, from front desk reception to hospitality and office support. What You'll Do

You'll play a key role in ensuring the office runs seamlessly by supporting a range of services, including:

  • Mail & Distribution Services - Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, metering, and distributing packages with accuracy and timeliness

  • Print & Copy Services - Execute print, copy, and scan requests with precision, following detailed instructions and deadlines

  • Reception & Front Desk - Serve as the first point of contact by greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth

  • Hospitality & Conference Services - Maintain conference rooms, kitchens, and common areas to a high standard; ensure spaces are clean, fully stocked, and client-ready at all times

  • Floor & Office Coordination - Oversee supply levels, restock copy rooms, and support day-to-day office needs to keep operations running smoothly

  • Facilities Support - Assist with light office services such as small moves, basic maintenance tasks, and coordination with internal teams on building needs

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role

  • Strong multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • A professional, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to handle issues with tact and discretion

  • Comfort with a physically active role, including lifting up to 40 lbs and moving materials via cart (up to 75 lbs capacity)

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, or sit for extended periods as needed

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $20.00 - $24.00, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus
