Job Description:
We're looking for an organized, resourceful professional who can seamlessly balance executive support, office coordination, and occasional personal assistance. No two days will look the same, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, managing multiple priorities, and taking initiative.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage a constantly evolving executive calendar, meetings, and appointments.
  • Prepare daily priority lists and outstanding action items to keep projects and deadlines on track.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for executive communications, helping prioritize requests and follow-ups.
  • Schedule meetings with internal teams, vendors, customers, and business partners.
  • Assist with travel planning and itinerary coordination as responsibilities transition over time.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and support a variety of business initiatives and special projects.
  • Coordinate personal administrative tasks, including appointments, reservations, logistics, and general research.
  • Support family-related scheduling and coordination when needed.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and other business documents.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic billing documentation.
  • Track project deadlines and ensure important deliverables remain on schedule.
  • Help facilitate communication between leadership and internal departments.
  • Order office supplies and assist with general office administration.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of executive, administrative, or personal assistant experience.
  • Previous experience supporting a business owner is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working with minimal direction.
