Employment Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the Position

Inteligent Image Management, Inc. (IIMI) is seeking an experienced, hands-on Document Imaging Operations Supervisor to oversee daily document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality-assurance operations. This position will supervise a team of approximately 10–20 employees, maintain productivity and quality standards, support hiring and training, and ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule.

We currently have openings in:

  • Henderson, Nevada
  • Hartford, Connecticut

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily document preparation, scanning, indexing, and quality-assurance operations.
  • Supervise, schedule, train, coach, and support a team of approximately 10–20 employees.
  • Monitor employee attendance, productivity, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.
  • Assign daily work and ensure production goals and project deadlines are met.
  • Conduct quality-control audits to ensure compliance with client requirements and internal standards.
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee documentation, and general office administration.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Prepare production reports and communicate project status, staffing needs, and operational concerns to management.
  • Ensure confidential records are handled securely and appropriately.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills

  • At least two years of supervisory or management experience in production, operations, document imaging, document management, print services, or a similar environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, train, and manage a team.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or reposition document boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • Experience with FedEx Office, The UPS Store, Staples Print & Marketing Services, commercial print shops, copy centers, or similar document-production environments is highly desirable.
  • Experience in History, archiving, library science, or working with historical documents is a plus.
