Job Summary:
Intellisoft Technologies is seeking a Mainframe Documentation Developer for the Texas Department of Transportation (TX DOT). The role involves providing functional and operational support for vendor management, ensuring data integrity and effective use of vendor relationship data in construction activities.
Responsibilities:
• This position will provide functional and operational support for AASHTOWare Project Vendor Management (APVM), ensuring accurate maintenance and effective use of construction vendor and vendor relationship data that supports letting and construction activities.
• The contractor will work closely with Construction Division stakeholders to interpret construction vendor requirements, support vendor data lifecycle activities (including qualifications, insurance, sanctions, subcontractor relationships, and complex vendor updates), and assist in resolving vendor‐related issues impacting construction operations.
• This role will also support cross‐system coordination where APVM vendor data is consumed by downstream construction and project delivery systems, help reduce reliance on manual workarounds, and ensure vendor data integrity during ongoing system enhancements and operational changes.

Required:
• 5 Mainframe run book documentation development experience for CMCS
• 5 Mainframe programming experience for CMCS
• 5 Mainframe integration experience for CMCS
• 5 Mainframe subject matter expertise for CMCS
Preferred:
• 2+ AASHTOWare APVM solution
