The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $56,250-82,500 at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
  • Request Processing: Process Product Documentation Requests by researching project status, answering questions, and coordinating follow-up with engineers.
  • Drawing Management: Acquire, verify, and prepare mechanical and electrical engineering drawings for customer use.
  • Content Organization: Gather, organize, and maintain parts information, Dematic documentation, and third-party vendor manuals.
  • Document Preparation: Format, edit, and redact sensitive information within Microsoft Word and PDF documents.
  • PDF Management: Create and maintain bookmarked PDF files for improved customer navigation and usability.
  • Project Tracking: Enter, update, and maintain project tracking information, including engineering status updates.
  • Workload Management: Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in document control, technical documentation, or a related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office, PDF editing tools, Adobe Creative Suite, and document control systems.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, practical documentation.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Standards & Documentation: Ability to follow documentation standards, styles, templates, and established processes.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Project Management: Strong project management, research, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel depending on the needs of the business, possibly up to 10%
