As a Summer Start Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Summer Sales Team by performing initial pest control services for new accounts sold during the summer months. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the pest control industry while earning competitive pay and bonuses.
EARNING POTENTIAL: Up to $20,000 for April-September

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Being the face of our company by showing up each and every day to work hard and deliver exceptional results and service by providing a great first impression
  • Being proactive by engaging with customers and simultaneously solving pest control problems with excellent attention to detail, thoroughness, and quality performance
  • Communicate with Customer Service Representatives, Lead Technicians and Service Managers to foster a team atmosphere of mutual support, growth, and success.
  • Complete the required documentation after each property visit

Required Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Clean driving record
  • Be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Able to obtain pest control license by passing state licensing exam
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic technology skills, including mobile technology, email, texting, iPad
  • United States Citizen or authorized to work in the United States
  • Pass background check and drug screen


Work Hours: Full-Time, M-F, Saturdays as assigned, expected 50-60 hours weekly
Compensation: Hourly + OT
Benefits Package: Company Vehicle
