Client is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to verify and ensure the accuracy and integrity of scanned documents.
 

This position is available for an extension.

This position involves reviewing scanned documents for quality assurance, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that all scanned materials meet the required standards before they are processed or archived. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a methodical approach to document review, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

 Key Responsibilities:

-Review scanned documents for completeness, legibility, and accuracy, ensuring they align with set standards.

-Conduct quality control checks to identify missing pages, improper alignment, or distortion in scanned files.

-Verify the integrity of document images by comparing them with original documents when necessary.

-Ensure that all scanned documents are correctly indexed and filed according to company protocols.

-Flag discrepancies or errors and provide feedback to the scanning team for necessary corrections.

-Maintain detailed records of quality control checks, highlighting trends or recurring issues.

-Collaborate with the scanning and document management teams to improve document quality and scanning processes.

-Perform additional duties related to document management as assigned.

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in document management or quality control is a plus.

-Previous experience in document scanning, quality control, or data entry preferred.
