Position Value Proposition:

Graywolf is seeking a detail-oriented Document Control Specialist, who would work in the Graywolf office in Alpharetta, GA, to support heavy industrial construction projects through effective management, distribution, and tracking of project documentation. This role is intended for a candidate with hands-on experience using construction document management platforms such as InEight, Procure, and Autodesk Build, with a strong understanding of document workflows in active construction environments.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage, track, and maintain project documentation in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Upload, distribute, and control documents within systems such as InEight, Procure, and Autodesk Build.
  • Maintain document registers, transmittals, and revision histories.
  • Ensure current, approved documents are available to project teams and field personnel.
  • Support document control for engineering drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate document workflows between engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.
  • Monitor compliance with document naming conventions and filing standards.
  • Assist with audits, closeout documentation, and turnover packages.
