  • Ensure product structures, revisions, and documentation are accurate, complete, and traceable throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Establish and maintain document retention and archival practices in accordance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct periodic audits of product data and document repositories to ensure compliance with established standards.
  • Drive data governance initiatives to improve product data consistency, accuracy, and completeness.

Change Control Management

  • Own and administer Tarana's Engineering Change Request (ECR), Engineering Change Order (ECO), Manufacturing Change Order (MCO), Product Change Notice (PCN), and deviation processes.
  • Facilitate cross-functional change review meetings and change control boards (CCB) as required.
  • Review change packages for technical accuracy, completeness, appropriate approvals, and compliance with established procedures.
  • Ensure timely routing, approval, release, and implementation of product changes.
  • Monitor change control metrics and provide reporting on cycle time, workload, and process effectiveness.
  • Partner with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Regulatory teams to resolve documentation and change management issues.

Supplier & Compliance Documentation

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for document control activities involving contract manufacturers, suppliers, and strategic partners.
