THE WORK:
  • You'll assist with submittals and input into various Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS), while monitoring the submittal schedule and status.
  • You'll prepare documentation audit reports and participate in regular compliance checks.
  • You'll input Requests for Information (RFIs) into the EDMS.
  • You'll input documentation and transmittals into Aconex, the owner's EDMS, or other legacy document control systems.
  • You'll log and manage plans, specifications, and revisions in EDMS to ensure current documentation is always available.
  • You'll upload plans and specifications to contractor personnel and subcontractors via EDMS.
  • You'll maintain both hard and electronic files of all project documentation.
  • You'll support onboarding and training of team members in EDMS processes and documentation standards.
  • You'll ensure all documentation complies with client standards and quality protocols before submission.
  • You'll track and file project photos into EDMS.
  • You'll maintain the project FTP site and manage existing legacy system information.
  • You'll coordinate with team members and managers to accurately process documents and files for the project record in a timely manner.
  • Flexible: The work location for this role will include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office or center.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration with 3+ years' experience or Associate's degree with 5+ years' experience or High School degree with 5+ years' experience
  • Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and familiarity with ERP systems
  • Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including handling submittals
  • Knowledge of the construction process, proven ability in planning, organizing and implementing work priorities to ensure the orderly flow of construction documentation throughout the construction process
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with accuracy and timeliness

  • Familiarity with document controls workflows and audits for large scale construction clients
$90,000 - $120,000 a year
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
