Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday with overtime required according to business needs
Shift: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary
We are hiring a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with a focus on inventory control and accuracy. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, supporting stock accuracy, and ensuring proper tracking of materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances
  • Replenish stock and maintain proper bin locations and organization
  • Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
  • Verify inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and documentation compliance
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with reporting and adjustments
  • Support picking and packing as needed while prioritizing inventory accuracy
  • Follow all safety procedures and warehouse best practices
  • Report and upload overage, shortages, and damages to web portal
  • Process and report Return Merchandise Authorizations

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse equipment experience required
  • Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse auditing preferred
  • Familiarity with RF scanners or WMS systems strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong mathematical background/skill set
  • Ability to analyze discrepancies and maintain accurate records
