All-Pro Fasteners, Inc. is a full-line, full-service fastener company that distributes a complete line of bolts, nuts, washers, screws and fastener related components throughout the United States. The main distribution and manufacturing facilities for All-Pro are centrally located in Arlington, Texas with additional service centers throughout Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Iowa and Illinois.

We are currently looking for a full-time Quality Control Supervisor in the Documentation Department. This position will be located at:

1907 Peyco Dr.

Arlington, Tx 76001

Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday - Friday)

Summary: Performs a variety of clerical duties in support of the Quality Control Department by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Takes a lead role in creating and maintaining documents used internally and managed by the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Assists others in the interpretation of specifications and maintains accurate specifications in the Material Test Report Database.
  • Creates, enters and reviews CPA's, customer complaints, NonConformances, and documents in the QMS software (uniPoint)
  • Communicates with customers and vendors on quality issues
  • Assist in the identification and processing of critical and noncritical suppliers
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Directly supervises 1-5 employees in the QA Certification and Documentation department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
