What jobs pay 500,000 a year in the US?

While most dock managers do not earn $500,000 annually, high-level executive roles in logistics, shipping companies, or large port operations can reach or exceed this level with bonuses and profit sharing. Such positions typically require extensive experience, advanced management skills, and often involve overseeing large teams or complex operations. Most jobs with this salary level are in executive leadership, investment banking, or specialized medical fields.
