Job description

Job Summary:
Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) is a leading company in life sciences and biotechnology, committed to innovation and collaboration. The Sr. Product Manager – Strategic Collaborations will drive revenue growth and decrease time to market for new product introductions by working cross-functionally with various teams, while developing strategic collaboration execution plans to enhance sustainable growth and innovation.
Responsibilities:
• Develop an annual strategic collaboration execution plan that drives actions leading to sustainable growth, accelerated innovation, and the advancement of strategic objectives
• Serve as a subject matter expert and product champion internally and externally during the collaboration lifecycle
• Regularly analyze market trends, competitor performance, sales channels, and regulatory requirements
• Partner with internal and external Product Management, Sales, Business Development, and Marketing teams to develop effective positioning strategies, marketing campaigns, collateral, sales tools, and training programs to drive adoption of co-developed, co-marketed products
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (biology, chemistry, biochemistry, bioinformatics) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in genomics industry roles
• 3+ years of experience in NGS product management
• 5+ years of experience in innovation R&D
• Demonstrated assay development and commercialization success in genomics, next-generation sequencing, or a related industry inclusive of chemistry and analytics products
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally
Preferred:
• PhD in biological sciences (biology, chemistry, biochemistry) or a related field
• Demonstrated understanding of the competitive landscape, technologies, trends, and key challenges in the NGS and oncology research market
