Weโ€™re looking for the top 1% of trainers to join the Burn Boot Camp DMV team. Burn Boot Camp is one of the nationโ€™s fastest-growing fitness communities, with over 270 locations nationwide. What Youโ€™ll Do

As a Burn Trainer, youโ€™ll deliver dynamic, high-energy 45-minute camps that combine strength, conditioning, mindset, and nutrition to transform lives. Youโ€™ll motivate members to push past their limits while creating a supportive, empowering environment that celebrates every win.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead Training Camps: Deliver safe, challenging, and motivating workouts for clients of all fitness levels.
  • Personal Training in a Group Setting: Provide individualized attention and modification options within a large group format.
  • Fitness Consultations: Conduct focus meetings to track client progress, discuss goals, and build accountability.
  • Client Experience: Build relationships, offer exceptional customer service, and create a sense of belonging for every member.
  • Social Media Engagement: Share training tips, educational content, and member wins across digital platforms.
  • Facility Excellence: Maintain equipment and uphold the cleanliness standards of the Blue Carpet Experience.
  • Community Outreach: Represent Burn Boot Camp at pop-ups, local events, and joint ventures to grow awareness and membership.
  • Leadership: Identify opportunities to improve the business and work with leadership to elevate performance.

Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, NSCA) or 4-year Exercise Science degree (with no gap in experience).
  • CPR/AED certified.
  • Minimum 1 year of personal training or group coaching experience.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and adaptable personality.
  • Coachable and growth-minded, with a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to give clear instruction, proper modifications, and safe progressions for all
