Preferred networking/sub-netting skills
Preferred knowledge of troubleshooting circuits & equipment in a fast paced environment
Preferred knowledge with IP routing protocols, Ethernet, VLANs, VOIP, MPLS, ATM, Frame Relay, Cisco,IOS

Qualifications

Special Requirements/ Certifications:
Working knowledge of voice switches & translations (ie, DMS, Sonus, 5E, Genband, Plexus, SCP's, MetaSwitch)
Working knowledge of basic data products and services
Working knowledge of phone systems as well as WIINDSTREAM equipment (ie. Adtran, Netvana, Cisco)
Networking/sub-netting skills
