Job Description
  1. Direct experience installing, maintaining or supporting ADMS products including DMS Applications, DNAF, OMS, Storm Assist and DER.
  2. Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ADMS solutions are aligned with organizational goals and requirements.
  4. Continuously evaluate and enhance ADMS capabilities, ensuring high availability and performance.
  5. Lead the deployment of new ADMS systems and upgrades to enhance system functionality and performance.
  6. Oversee the planning, execution, and testing of ADMS deployments and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  7. Ensure smooth and timely transition to upgraded versions, following best practices and industry standards.
  8. Should have experience with development of the ADMS product.
  9. Familiarity with User Interface, SCADA and Modeling tools.
  10. Knowledge of both Transmission and Distribution electrical grids.
  11. Working knowledge of Linux, Windows, Oracle, SQL, Jasper Report and Cassandra.
  12. Working knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, IP addressing, routing, LAN, DNS, Active Directory, firewalls & switches as it applies to isolating and resolving reported issues in these areas.
  13. Ability to work independently with minimum direction
  14. Knowledge of NERC CIP Standards.
  15. Effective communication skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively interface with customers and cross-functional teams
  16. Positive attitude when dealing with customers and co-workers in stressful situations.
  17. Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills.
  18. Familiarity with remote monitoring and diagnostics solutions and concepts
  19. Sets an example in terms of quality, consistency and level of work, as well as work ethic and approach
