Their responsibilities typically include managing inventory, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, coordinating with insurance providers and patients, and supervising staff involved in equipment delivery and maintenance. DME Managers play a crucial role in making sure that patients receive the medical equipment they need safely and efficiently. Strong organizational, communication, and regulatory knowledge are essential for this role.

Job description

Join a Mission to Change Lives
At Right Coast Medical, we help patients recover through non-opioid medical devices designed to reduce pain, swelling, narcotic use, and recovery time.
We are growing nationwide and looking for driven Territory Sales Managers to build relationships, grow territories, and help patients every day.
Our Culture in 3 Sentences
We work with urgency.
We take extreme ownership.
We do hard things because the mission matters.
Read This Carefully
This is not for everyone.
This is a 1099, commission-only opportunity.
There is no base salary.
There is no shortcut to success here.
But for the right person, this role can create:
  • Financial freedom
  • Purpose-driven work
  • Flexibility and autonomy
  • Unlimited growth potential
  • A career that actually matters

If you are not internally saying "HELL YEAH," this is probably not the role for you.
About the Role
This is a field-based sales role focused on:
  • Territory growth

  • Building relationships with doctors, clinics, and healthcare teams
  • Growing and managing your own territory like a business owner
  • Educating providers on non-opioid recovery solutions

  • Personally delivering devices to patients and training them on proper use
  • Creating long-term impact through consistent follow-up and service

Key Skills & Experience

  • Medical Sales or Healthcare Sales Experience
  • Account Development
  • CRM Usage (Salesforce or similar)
  • Patient Education & Product Training
  • Time Management & Route Planning
  • Independent Self-Management
  • Consultative Selling

Previous medical device or healthcare sales experience is helpful, but not required.
We are willing to train the right person with the right mindset.
Qualifications
  • Sales, healthcare, medical device, DME, or outside sales experience preferred
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Reliable transportation and computer proficiency required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs when needed

You may be a fit if people describe you as:
  • Driven
  • Resourceful
  • Competitive
  • Coachable
  • Self-disciplined
  • Resilient
  • Curious
  • Dependable
  • Positive under pressure

You take ownership.
You do not wait to be told what to do.
You figure things out.
You care about people.
You hold yourself to a high standard.
You believe relationships matter.
You understand that freedom comes with accountability.
Compensation
This is a commission-only 1099 position with uncapped earning potential.
Typical earnings range from:

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 40 lbs
  • Frequent driving and local travel
  • Ability to stand, bend, and move equipment as needed
  • Comfortable working in both clinical and patient home environments

HIGH-ACHIEVERS ONLY
This is a highly competitive opportunity.

If you are hungry, growth-oriented, patient-focused, and ready to take ownership of your success, we want to hear from you.
Are You THE EXCEPTION?
